Our commercial customers know that when Benjamin Plumbing submits a bid we will provide the most current plumbing technology available at a cost they understand. The moment our bid is accepted, we begin the plan design, submittal and scheduling process to avoid any delays.
Benjamin Plumbing is organized. We work out of our own warehouse. What we don't have in stock, we order and hold for the project. We are aware of delivery situations well before they may become problems. Construction cost and duration is kept to a minimum.
Our Project Managers and Plumbers meet daily to maximize our manpower efficiency and maintain the customer's schedule.
We know projects may involve changes and we respond in a timely, professional and cost-effective manner.
When the job is completed, Operation and Maintenance manuals are provided for all projects to answer any questions an owner or maintenance person may have on their new products. We also warranty all the work we do for one full year.
