Initially I was going to have about a ten day wait to have a plumber come to repair my Tito washlet. I was pleasantly surprised when they called a couple days later saying they had someone available. The plumber quickly repaired it so it was functional. He suggested replacement and had the office send a price quote. I had that a couple hours later. Fast, reliable and going the extra mile to serve clients best describe. Benjamin Plumbing.

Very happy with Matt’s work here. He fixed the mechanism for my shower, diagnosed the awful noisy sink faucet and replaced that with a new one. Also replaced parts in the powder room toilet. He unclogged kitchen sink drain and replaced water filter in the kitchen sink. Matt did a thorough check of all plumbing in the house, and he corrected water heater pipe connections as well. He was professional, friendly and efficient. My cat also liked him.

Benny was professional and efficient: notified us 25 minutes prior to arrival, quickly assessed the issues (burst outdoor pipe due over winter due to leaky shutoff valve), described the repair, accurately estimated the time to complete, finished the work, and reviewed his work. Highly recommend.

Benjamin Plumbing always manages to fit me in before I expect it. I have needed two service calls relating to my Rinnai tankless water heater for different reasons. The servicemen that showed up were both polite, knowledgeable and expedient.

You can’t go wrong with a company that has such a long history. You only last if you’re paying attention to your customers.

I have had great experiences with Benjamin Plumbing in the past but his time was different. They quoted me one price over the phone for a water heater replacement and had me send them photos of the unit to confirm what type I had. I told them the wrong type over the phone but I’m not a plumber.The photos I sent clearly showed the sticker on the heater and a full view of it. A plumbing company should be able to determine the type of water heater from the photos and this information should have been shared with the plumber and me in advance. If you don’t do onsite estimates, you need to make sure that you have a system in place to give accurate quotes based on the information you request.

When the plumber arrived, he took one look at the water heater and said it was a power vent model not the chimney vent he’d been told to expect. After checking with the office, he let me know that the price would be $1000 higher for installing a power vent model. I have no complaint at all about the plumber or his work but I was extremely disappointed that his company would give such a wildly inaccurate quote.

Instead of costing me less, it ended up costing me about the same as the other plumbers I contacted. Lesson learned.

A bit disappointed that they didn't arrive within the 4 hour window, or inform me when to expect them. However, they did a wonderful job installing a shut off valve and replacing a kitchen faucet. Reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and done quickly. Totally worth the wait!!! Wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Ben was very nice. He took care to wear the shoe covers while in the house. He explained everything about our situation and even called to have someone come to give us an estimate on work he recommended we get to solve our issue.

When I bought a house, there was a 10+ year old in sink disposal. It stopped working about a year later, and I called Benjamin Plumbing to see if they could fix or replace it. They were able to get it running, but I had them install a new one anyway. They were done in under 20 minutes and for a reasonable price!
